1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1/2 cup 7-Up (you can use diet to cut more calories, if desired)
1/4 cup melted butter (I use only real butter, but if you use lower fat margarine, you can cut even more fat!)
Heat oven to 450° F. You will need a 9-inch square pan or baking dish.
Using a metal spoon, stir the sour cream into the Bisquick, and then stir in the 7-Up. It makes a very soft dough.
Sprinkle additional dry Bisquick mix onto countertop and pat dough out into an even 9-inch square. You won't knead out the dough - just pat it gently.
Pour the melted butter in a 9-inch square pan. The biscuits will sit on top of the butter.
Cut the biscuits into 9 equal squares using a sharp knife (or a biscuit cutter, but using a knife is easier).
Place biscuits into the prepared pan and bake at 450° F for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
